Delivery policy

• We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, then delivered in 3–5 days within Lagos and 4–6 days to other states.
• Orders outside Lagos are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• Delivery is free on the Full Course (2 bottles) and Complete Relief (3 bottles), anywhere in Nigeria. For the Starter (1 bottle), delivery is free in Lagos and ₦5,000 to other states, shown at checkout. There are no extra charges at your door beyond any balance you chose to pay on delivery.
• Our agent will call you to confirm your address and delivery day before dispatch. Please keep your phone on.
• If we cannot reach you after 3 attempts, or you are not available to receive your order, it may be returned to our store and re-delivery charges may apply.

Payment policy

• Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
• Pay in full: you pay the full amount online and receive ₦2,000 off, priority dispatch and a free meal plan.
• Deposit option: you pay ₦2,000 (Lagos) or ₦5,000 (other states) online to confirm your order, and pay the balance to the delivery agent when your order arrives.
• If you do not receive or pay for your order when it arrives, your deposit is used to cover the delivery costs and is not refundable.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

• Before dispatch: you can cancel by calling or WhatsApping us. We refund your payment in full, less any payment processing fee, within 5–7 working days.
• Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it at no cost.
• For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
• Refunds are paid back to the card or account you paid with.

Product & health information

• Oba Jedi is a traditional herbal preparation. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women. For young children, consult a doctor before use. If you have a medical condition or take medication, speak to your doctor first.
• See a doctor promptly if you have heavy bleeding, black stools, severe pain or unexplained weight loss.
• Individual experiences vary.

Privacy policy

• We collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
• We share your delivery details only with our delivery partners, and your payment is handled by Paystack.
• We do not sell your information.
• Our website uses the TikTok Pixel to measure how our adverts perform.
