How do I take it?

Take it 5 days in a row, Monday to Friday, shortly after meals, then rest at the weekend. Adults: 1 shot morning and 1 shot at night. Children: ½ shot morning and night. Toddlers: 1 teaspoon morning and night. Shake well before use.
